Independent and accurate valuations are fundamental to the property market and form the basis of assessing suitability for loan security and lending criteria, risk management, debt recovery, performance analysis, maximisation of value, purchase and sale advice and third party reliance.  If the property asset falls within an emerging market it can be difficult to obtain relevant advice, as such markets are often overlooked by the large real estate consultancies who gear their product to the more lucrative established markets.

Our particular specialism is to provide developed-market level of consultancy service to a specific geographical range of markets that do not ordinarily benefit from those standards. We do not rely on outsourcing or third parties and unless instructed otherwise we will, as a matter of course, travel and carry out our research in-country.
